- Should have an understanding of SDLC and Business Process Flows
- Solution-oriented approach coupled with practical knowledge of the BA discipline
- Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the business needs of the clients and stakeholders and document them in the appropriate Business Requirement Document.
- Document the client’s Business requirements and Change Requests into appropriately formatted Functional Requirement documents, Wireframes/Mockups, Use cases, etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify business requirements, and work closely with the development and testing team to ensure a functional understanding of the requirements.
- Coordinating and conducting system analysis specification walk-throughs with clients, design/development team, and the QA team.
